I have had to rest a lot more lately and so I am reading a lot. I am enjoying Daphne duMaurier’s novels once again. I don’t know which one of her novels is my favorite; I like them all! She is a talented writer that never goes out of style!

There was a wonderful service for Milt Saturday…it was a combination of a memorial and a celebration of his life. It was hard to say goodbye to such a special person.

I love colors. I love choosing background fabric and threads. This is the CHS (Carraige House) small “Faith” chart. The background fabric is some pretty pink evenweave I found at Joann fabrics! Usually I don’t shop there, (I prefer to get linen online) but I couldn’t resist this color.
